As a cancer patient myself, I know how important it is to feel enveloped in love during the treatment sessions, so I’m making a bunch of throw quilts for my infusion center to give to patients to use and take instead of the scratchy hospital blankets. Great PatternA dear friend of mine was diagnosed with Breast Cancer June 2022. She was lucky to find out her cancer was Stage 1. She elected to have her second breast removed at the same time. That was great decision as cancer was just starting in the milk duct in her other breast.
I made her a "cancer survivor" Quilt where all of her friends in the local Quilt Guild signed blocks that I included in the quilt.Posted on
