Shipping And Return Policy
Return Policy: We are committed to customer satisfaction. All orders are carefully inspected prior to shipping but we will gladly refund or replace any item that does not meet your expectations. All items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days. Books, patterns and pantographs are not returnable, due to copyright issues.
Custom Orders: Custom ordered quilts will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders. Due to the nature of custom work these orders can only be placed by email or by phone. Sales of custom/special orders are final ... returns of these item will NOT be accepted.
Shipping and Handling: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday via the United States Post Office or via Federal Express groud. Orders are packaged and shipped as quickly as possible, and items in stock will usually be shipped within one to three days. When you place your orders and proceed to checkout the shipping and handling charges will be an estimated. The actual charges will be added manually when we process your order.
Bulky items and items that require special packaging such as large quilts and/or pattern boards will have higher shipping rates, and can only be estimated on a case by case basis. You will be informed of actual shipping costs prior to the shipment of such items.
Sales Tax: If you are a Texas resident, Texas state sales tax (8.25%) will be added when we process your order
Security: You can place your order online with complete confidence in the safety of your personal and credit card information. This information is only used to process your order. We will never sell, trade or distribute your personal information without your prior consent.
